Apple Cider Vinegar

Use this remedy by mixing of 1 cup of warm water and 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar. Drink this liquid combination at least twice a day. Yogurt contains a friendly bacterium known as Lactobacillus acidophilus. This bacterium can help manage the rate and growth of the infection. A preferred yogurt is unsweetened and plain. Including including yogurt as a regular part of the diet, apply it externally to the body to help tie itching or similar discomfort. Plain yogurt is most effective when applied to the affected areas of skin and left in place for up to 25 minutes.


Garlic is a versatile herb and can help with curing a variety of ailments. The natural antibiotic, antibacterial and antifungal properties contained in garlic are extremely effective at relieving the symptoms of a yeast infection. Garlic is used by crushing three or four cloves to make a paste. This paste is applied to the irritated skin areas. A regular application of coconut oil applied two or three times a day can control the growth of this infection. Also, for someone experiencing oral thrush, create a mixture of cinnamon oil and coconut oil and swish that around the mouth for up to 8 minutes.
